The Inside Story – Who are we?

First and foremost – we are a small business. For now it’s just Kevin Harrison, Tim Moody and Tom Jenkins working on cars in a small shop in Canton, Georgia. Kevin and Tom are both United States Veterans. Tom retired from the US Coast Guard after serving over 21 years on active duty. Kevin served 4 years on active duty in the US Army. Tim Moody came to us with 16 years of General Automotive Repair, welding, and fabrication experience, and as a previous Matco Tool Distributor. All of us at the shop live our lives with the utmost integrity and commitment to duty. We will never compromise our integrity for the almighty dollar – Never! There is one true and hard fact about being “Trustworthy” – once it’s lost, you can never truly regain it. We aim to always be trustworthy and true to our word…without compromise.

Second – we’ll treat your Car like it’s our Car. There’s a saying in life – how you do one thing is how you do everything. We strive for quality of work above quantity of work. We show you the before and after pictures; we show and give you the old parts back; we provide a written inspection document (if requested) of the work to be completed.

Regarding “who we are not,” we are not a production style shop. Meaning, we don’t cram them in and punch them out. We don’t “Pad” the ticket and no “Up Selling” from us. You decide what you want fixed and not fixed. That doesn’t mean you can have “half ass” work completed because you’re on a tight budget. We won’t perform the work if it can’t be done safely and correctly. Any job worth doing – is worth doing correctly.

Lastly, nearly every owner of a Classic Car has a horror story of  “repairs gone wrong.” We’re very transparent, very honest, and very humble. What you see is what you get – no smoke and mirrors. So if you’re one of those owners that had a bad experience, come talk to us and feel us out. Being burned by a previous shop puts a very bad taste in your mouth – we’ve all been there. The automotive business is ripe with the likes of people who will rip you off – but that’s not us. We can’t fix things going backwards – but we can improve things going forward. Come talk to us, walk around the shop, see our work, and then make a decision to bring your Classic Car or Truck in for service. Be Well and Happy Motoring.
